Serivce Fees and Instructions
Make it possible for the team of Jordan’s Antiques and Appraisals to provide you with excellent customer service and provide the most accurate appraisal by following these instructions:

To request a desired service, please contact us and provide a phone number along with a
good time (or times) when we can reach you in case we need to talk to you personally, and an
e-mail address if possible along with any information that you want to share with us.
You can do this by e-mail, phone, or sending a written request.

We will respond to your request at the earliest possible opportunity, and if needed, further
consultations will be set up to determine how best to meet your needs.

Do not send any payments until payment terms are discussed and agreed upon with Jordan’s
Antiques and Appraisals.
Following these guidelines will help avoid confusion and ensure your satisfaction with the quality and efficiency of services you receive.
Final service completion and delivery will usually be made when full payment of services is received.
Appraisal Service
Basic Appraisal
$65.00 per artifact to be appraised plus shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us before
sending required items for this service. We will need two sets of prints of clear and precise
photographs sent to us of all sides of the artifact or artifacts to be appraised. One set of
prints we will use for your copy of the appraisal and one set of prints we will need for our hard
copy of the appraisal. If payment with a cashiers check or money order has been agreed upon,
please send $65.00 per artifact to be appraised along with pictures unless instructed otherwise.
Comprehensive Appraisal
$150.00 per hour plus travel, shipping, and insurance costs. Please contact us first to discuss
specific arrangements needed to provide this service as well as payment terms.
Restoration, Conservation, Repair, and Other Services Offered
These services are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact us first to discuss your specific needs and goals so proper arrangements can be made to assist you efficiently.
